Using Moontangle
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Moontangle, including our applications, websites and related services. By accessing or using Moontangle, you agree to these Terms.
Use Moontangle in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your use of the service and for information or content you choose to provide through it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and meet any other eligibility requirements applicable to the service where you live. Where an account is required, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not violate the law or the rights of others; harass, threaten, exploit or harm anyone; impersonate someone or misrepresent your identity; or distribute malicious software, spam or harmful content.
Do not interfere with the security or operation of Moontangle, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data, or use the service in an abusive or fraudulent manner.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Moontangle the rights reasonably necessary to host, process and display that content to operate and provide the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to content you provide.
Intellectual property
Moontangle’s branding, software, designs and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, these Terms do not grant rights to copy, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit those materials.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Third-party services
Moontangle may rely on or link to third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent activities, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Availability and changes
Moontangle is evolving. Functionality may be added, changed or removed, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee a particular release date, continuous availability or operation without interruption or error.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for a material violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or protection of users, Moontangle or others, subject to applicable law.
You may stop using Moontangle at any time. Where applicable, you may delete your account using the options provided by the service or contact us for assistance.
Disclaimers and your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moontangle is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moontangle will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service where that liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Moontangle evolves or as legal and operational requirements change. The current version and its effective date will appear on this page. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
